I also thouught it was a SCE at first glance, but then it seems like he killed the man and his boy and then I was confused as to why. Perhaps his boy was too sick of Nurgle Disease and it would spread to the father as well? Were the SCE given the order to ''Cleanse'' this part as it was already too late? I think that's what makes the most sense and I'm down with it
Well, from the description of that Knight Excelsior chamber _ somewhere_, I think it is actually in the SCE Battletome, we learn that those guys are zealots, up to the point at which they are called extremists by other SCE. They have eradicated whole cities top spread Chaos from spreading (as in: There's a chaos worshipper cult in that city, just nuke it from orbit to be sure). So yeah, the way it sounds they have several reasons to kill that old soldier and his boy - neighbors died from that plague --> affected area - boy infected by Nurgle --> kill to be sure - soldier protects above boy --> might be infected as well - soldier attacks one of Sigmar's Chosen!! --> kill him - soldier worships someone else than Sigmar? --> not bad if you kill him ----> KILL EVERYONE!!! Also new story is up. Going to read it now.
I love how the Nurgle dudes are characterised as cheerful guys who just want to spread Nurgle's blessing everywhere.
Nurgle is a stinky being with health problems that wants to hug you... basically a drunken hobo that wants to be your best buddy. I don't t question the good intentions, but...
When Nurgle's demons go too battle mortals, they don't see soldiers ready too fight them, but instead see people willing to accept Nurgle's gifts. Also they hear screams of agony and death as praises and joyful laughter. This is basically how they view the world.
Sand. Here's the direct link to that story. These stories are not harmful, even a oldhammer lover can appreciate them
I let Google search for the source of this ^ image. I guess I found it. That didn’t clue me in on the joke, ...if there was a joke. Along the way I tripped across an article that contends that the world is running out of sand. Now wondering if it was a hoax.
