I also thouught it was a SCE at first glance, but then it seems like he killed the man and his boy and then I was confused as to why. Perhaps his boy was too sick of Nurgle Disease and it would spread to the father as well? Were the SCE given the order to ''Cleanse'' this part as it was already too late? I think that's what makes the most sense and I'm down with itOk so I guess everyone has read those recent few by now, so I'd like to talk about them a bit.
The one with the sick boy:
I interpret the guy who destroys the door and presumably kills the father as a Stormcast, white armor is a Knight Excelsior I think? Some zealot order who kills innocents. Sigmar takes the "Order but certainly not good" role here.
Which fits the last story quite well in which we seem to see a Nagash priest (is she a vampire? I am not sure...) in the role of the "good", being an angel of Death.
And then the Nurgle story which explains the interesting relationship between Nurgle and Death. Quite cool IMO.
