Are we talking clanrats or stormvermin? If so, old stormies or new? Or plague monks? Classify for me
Lol, both?

Here's an army shot of what I got:

The Screaming Bell is now done, as are the Rat Swarms, Rat Ogres and a few characters. I was thinking of taking on one of those blocks of Clanrats/Slaves or the big block of Plague Monks first. Get my paws wet on those guys.

Thanks, Warden!

Not very difficult at all really. Took me maybe a minute or two. I just used three GW paints, Ratkin Flesh, Warlock Purple, and Screamer Pink - in that order, and simply "dotted" them on in the basic shape of a tree. I drew them off to the side the banner trailed off in, to indicate that they were blowing away in the wind. Kind of a symbolic thing since the banner would be moving and flapping in the wind too.

Glad you like him though!

In other news; I made some more progress over the weekend on my Knights Panther. Not as much as I'd hoped, but we had a lot to do (car seats needed to be adjusted, so when I got out there, I realized just how dirty our van was, so I had to wash and vacuum it, which lead to replacing a few gaskets, which lead to an overall repositioning of the seats so that the kids can't hit each other, which meant taking out and replacing a few of the seats, which made us realize that we really needed a car seat in my truck, which lead to us going to buy a seat and install it, which lead to me taking each of the kids for a one-on-one ride with Daddy in his truck, etc....) over the weekend.

Still, I did manage to get a bit done in my "spare" time. That usually means stepping into my studio for a few minutes while my kids are eating snack or watching an episode of Daniel Tiger. It sill works though!

They need a good bit more work, but getting closer! The striping on the lances took forever.

Excellent! Quite chivalrous. And those knights look great too :D

... also how did you paint the knight lances? I have seen some Bretonnian painters paint the lance one color, then spiral some tape onto the lance and paint the leftover parts in order to get a "smooth" line.
