New old player

Hey all, I am a new / old player sort of coming back. I have a bunch of Lizardmen and see that there are new things and that Warhammer fantasy is no more. Any and all conversation would be great on that for me but I am here because I am thinking about getting my old guys up and painted as that is sort of what is drawing me back into the hobby. I would like a decent paint scheme and am thinking something darker. Black as a base color with highlight colors of blue and red and perhaps yellow or orange. Was not sure if there were some schemes like this already and I am just not finding them or what not. Also any super quick tutorials on getting back into how to paint again would be super appreciative. Thanks a ton and glory to the old ones!

Welcome aboard, have a look on Warhammer TV on youtube they have loads of really good videos of painting techniques etc.

Download the GW painting app for your phone that also has lots of paint schemes but they do use GW paints.

Start a painting blog and put some pics up then we can comment on your work.

Yeah just create a thread in the appropriate section and give it the blog keyword, and call it "T.M.'s painting blog" or something.
