So I'm looking at adding some free Guild allies to my stormcast Army. I wanted to do a variation on Duncan's spearmen made out of tzeentch and stormcast parts.

however I did want a differentiated and I wanted to have multiple versions so that I could make all the different various forms of freeguild guard.

this is also my first attempt at painting and I have to say it was extremely fun and enjoyable to learn.

Finally before I show a photo I'm trying to find some interesting heads preferably helmeted that I can use to give this guy a noggin. Any thoughts would be appreciated and do keep in mind that I do want to differentiate this from Duncan's conversion.

That would be fine. I don't rightly care though. Whatever will fit. Lol

Spartan heads from Scribor maybe

I found...

...an unpainted reference picture.

Maybe an explanation of where all the parts hail from? :writing: If anyone knows.

There weren't any associated with the ref pic I found.

Those bodies look like Kairic Acolytes.
The shields are Stormcast Eternals, the weapons also look like SCE (not 100% sure) and the heads.... I don't know.

I’m all for this sort of thing - I’ve been looking for similar sorts of things to convert Idoneth Namarti Thralls into Sea Elf Hoplites, as I don’t really like the blind bald aesthetic of the Namarti but I love the Corinthian helmets worn by the Eel Cavalry.

I'm probably going to mix in some of those heads
