I couldn't find a suitable clip from Archer Season 9, but in that season Krieger is a self aware talking parrot and there is a recurring gag that only a tiny number of characters react appropriately while everyone else is blase about it.

I don't think the Imperigium has much problem with their loyal servants dying.
