Most likely an accident. They were working on a part of the building and it looked like the fire started in that area as well. Of course some ultra right wing people already run around telling everyone that it was muslims, but they started doing so a very short time after the fire started so it is very unlikely they really know something.

I watched Guardians of the Galaxy vol.2 last night. It was...OK. Review: Mantis is slightly less boring than in Infinity War, Starlord is slightly less annoying than in Infinity War or vol.1, the Raccoon is slightly less funny than in vol.1 but a tad less annoying. Gamora is boring in this movie (except in the scenes in which she is annoying), Drax is funny as hell, and Groot is cute. The blue dude is cool, the enemies (including the main one) are...a bit bland to be honest. The story overall was fine. I did like some of the retro gags, I guess I am about the right age. The Guardians of the Galaxy are still my least favourite sub-franchise of Marvel. ...ok, tied last place with the Hulk (somehow the Hulk standalone movies are all kinda bad, but he is cool in the Avengers), but I did enjoy the movie. Possibly more than the first one, I barely remember that one which is a bad sign...
