    That should be into the "tactic" subforum

    Another possibility is to create a thread, doing a list in the OP with links to the various specific thread on the matter already developed.

    Given enough time I can do it, however we already have a Seraphon Tactica Index.

    I'll think on it and I'll discuss the ideas with you @Crowsfoot ;)

    Hello, everybody.

    Now that with the new 2019 rules only 3 Salamanders or 3 Razordons can be carried instead of 4, what do you think is the best option among them?

    Do you think it's better to have them in the initial list or to invoke them? I think it's better to have them initially in the list, because the normal thing will be to have 3 of them, and their cost would be 18 CCPs.

    I still prefer Razordons. However, Salamanders might be the better choice in a Thunderquake Starhost considering the current behemoth meta with KoS, DT/ZD, ect.

    Actually here is a question: are salamanders an effective way to deal with ZD and TG?
    I don’t have any yet and I want to think about which ones to build up to

    I think Salamander are better than Razorodons for dealing with ZD/TG when they are used in Thunderquake Starhost. This is because there is a high probability that all 3 shoots will deal damage. In all other cases I feel Razordons are better.

    Plus, if you field a unit of 3, you will pay the discounted price, as if they were still 40 pts each.
