He may look good, but that lizard has bitten me and drawn blood. I was thinking when GW updates the carnosaur model they could use the lizard’s likeness.

Hahaha you really got me there!
I thought he was plastic, with the brush you put on his back. I assumed that a living lizard would have run away.
    That's a cool pet!

Here is a little secret: the lizard is adopted. I would not recommend taking a wild lizard as a pet, that has ended badly for a lot of people. Leopard geckos are fairly accessible in pet stores so you can always get one, or you can always adopt one. They are pretty adorable

Edit: I side tracked my own thread.
So here is a reworked slann

Alright: so I have some more stuff. First off on the line is my skink Priest. This guy was made from the stegadon kit (my friend let me keep spare parts)

Next up on the list is the skink starpriest. I have had him for a while but only recently have I found him to be presentable.

The oldest of my non carnosaur saurus heroes, and possibly my most gory model is this sunblood. He has pulped a lot of guys with his funny weapon

Then comes this guy: a Saurus Oldblood on foot. He is bulkier than the sunblood but turned out fairly well.

Thanks @Aginor and @Warden I have had these guys for a while but only recently have I put them to a quality I am pleased with. At some point I could also try taking a shot of the zombie dragon

Those are some badass heroes! The only thing I would say is that I at least find that when I paint the rims of the bases the same colour as the top, it helps give them a more complete look and a cooler base. However, to be honest I think it’s a matter of personal opinion as much as anything - paint them however you like! Other than that, be sure to keep up the good work as we all appreciate it!

Thanks for the advice! I actually have seen brown bases which look good, and I am somewhat debating if I should recollection the rims. My only worry is the browns would get lost in the battlefields I play on and also I kinda dread recoloring 40 saurus warriors. I will definitely follow the advice for the FEC I am working on :)

With the way you describe him I think of him just having a blast hacking down enemies while somehow laughing all the while (however that sounds).
    A bit scary honestly. It's the joker-saurus :p

Part of the reason why he is drenched in blood is when I first got it I thought “Oh cool, blood!” And went nuts. It’s definitely not a stretch to see him gleefully smashing apart his enemies, as that model has a large amount of kills and currently has not been killed. So yeah he is a joker-saurus :D

But if we are talking who has the most blood on their hands that title goes to my Oldblood on carnosaur. It literally has over 1000 kills to its name and has beaten enemies well above its weight.
