I'm a firm believer that while skinks can retreat from combat, summon near endless amount of units and our ability to teleport, that Seraphon cannot be properly balanced with out cutting 1 or 2 of these abilities. Honestly I don't think retreating from combat should be a rule employed by Seraphon. That's a dirty skaven tactic. If we were to buff Saururs right now without touching anything else our army would be way broken. Last game I played, turn 2 I brought in 20 saurus, again turn 3 I brought in another 20 saurus, and turn 4 I brought in 20 skinks. However they were all dead by turn 5... However it kept me from being tabled turn 2 when I had only my Slann, a single terradon and my Oldblood on carnisour in the heavens. My friend felt like it was broken till he realised he basically tabled 2 full armies while I only tickled him.
Everyone be stealing our giant lizards! Looks like the rumour engine solved also by looking at the tail. Humourously I just put some Chaos Warriors on eBay, mostly needing the funds. I like the new versions so maybe the new ones later on or stick with full cavalry

Just tear off the rider and stick an oldblood on it. Besides carnosaurs are cooler. As for killing, we can kill stuff, we just have to be creative about it. Arguably the Killy things we have are the monsters, rippers, sallies, and razordons. Sometimes saurus knights in a fire lance or saurus guard in an eternal starhost
Because Chaos marks us all!! That model looks pretty damn good. Just replace the head with an armoured variant and we're good to go.
