Ok I wanted to take a better picture of this first before describing the job. I painted this a while ago so I don't remember the exact colors but the ones listed below are very similar.

Nuln Oil Shade over entire body

My plan is to meet with a buddy and have him show me what the hell I am doing wrong.
I always have either terribly runny paint or it splatters all over the model. I guess I just haven't figured out the whole paint thinning+pressure+nozzle cleaning yet.
Very frustrating. I basically use the airbrush for priming and that's it.

The only thing I don't 100% like are the Revenants' banners.
Sure, they actually make more sense that way (being spirit-stuff like the weapons) but those look so nice when you paint all the details, I am almost sad to see someone with your abilities not paint all the little bits.
