ATM the advices we could give to you should be taken with a grain of salt (a BIG grain). WIth the old and familiar battletome passing out, the future is still unclear, but soon we'll be able to discover what we can and what we can't effectively do.

We are always willing to help newcomers, so don't be afraid to ask any question, even the most basic ones…. you'll be answered! :)


Out of curiosity, what kind of 40k armies to you own?
 
Have a great time on the site! Make sure you take a good look around as there are already a whole bunch of threads that can give you the basics on AoS.

I feel compelled to say that I am a die-hard 8th Edition WFB person, but there are TONS of helpful AoS lizards out there who will help you.

I play both space wolves and orks in 40k. My wallet and soul are crying this month with all the preorders.

Everytime you paint a model you have to buy three more. That's how I do it.

We've all been there.

I personally love the meme in the Warhammer Meme's thread that says "my only fear is that when I die my wife will sell my miniatures for what I told her I paid for them"
