When Forge World was shutting down all their Chaos Dwarf stuff I gave @Mrs. NIGHTBRINGER a couple of Birthday hints!

It's half way finished. The Best Close Combat units in all of Warhammer tourney and my painting compete for attention. When I'm into one, its usually heavily at the expense of the other.

I think it really came together pretty well in the end. I was highly skeptical of it mid-way through (which is why I didn't take/post WIP pictures), but I am very pleased with the end result.

other than lexicanum or other online pages, what are books or manuals with CD lore?

I've found this pdf, which seems amazing, but IDK if it's a thing, as AFAIK the last official "manual" was Tamurkhan

I'm happy to hear that it was worth the wait! Of course I've fallen quite a bit behind in my quest for a 1000 painted points by year end. Might need to paint something big (points-wise) in the remaining months of the year.

I am not going to collect CD, but they are a fascinating army.
Hence my question was about fluff: the pdf posted is faithful to the lore? I don’t care about the gaming rules, and unless i can find a pdf of tamurkhan, the prices for a book are just crazy.
