So I guess it's probably one of the following options ? : It takes both a commander and an artillery slot It can take either a commander or an artillery slot, up to the player choice There is a rule or FaQ I missed which indicates clearly what kind of slot he should fill
as far as i can tell he takes up all 3 as far as list building goes but is either a leader or a artillery (players choice) when it comes to battalions.
