Looking good. Maybe a dry brush of wild rider red on the back scales just to make them pop.

Nice! I love your green saurus warriors, the fact that your old blood on carnosaur is red and the look of your Troglodon! Its fin looks almost the same as the one my trog has .)
All in all good job, I bet it looks wicked when put together on the table.
And that palanquine looks gorgeous!

I really dig the Saurus Warrior blocs, the greens really pop and they make for a very crisp looking unit. Your Carnosaur and Troglodon also look good!

What green base paints do you have? The shield needs a dry brush to bring out the detail.

I like where you went with his albino skin and scales.

The skulls on his belt need a localized bone color wash.

Finaly the gold could use a flesh-shade wash and then a dry brush or detail rotation.

Looking good so far!

I agree with @Lord-Marcus though, a few areas could do with a bit more definition.
A light drybrush on the green of the shield to pick out the edges. A wash on the gold and bone and then a quick highlight. Maybe a thinned down wash on the scales to give a bit of separation from the skin too.
