AoS What to do with a bunch of Saurus knights

    I do eventually intend to get some of the new cavalry units. However I have a bunch of Saurus knights I need to repaint, and it would be a shame to not put them to some use. Thoughts?

    Use them as melee raptadons or wait till The Old World.

    to proxy them as the current new saurus knights you'd need bigger bases and terrain that makes them stand bigger than they are (rocks, trunks...)

    Aren't they similar in size to the skinks cavalry? You can always use them as proxies for that.

    I believe they are the same base size. You could definitely proxy them as Raptadon Chargers if you wanted an all-Saurus army. I'm thinking of doing just that with mine since I have over 20 of them, lol!

    Oh man, that just reminded me about how annoyed I am that Lizardmen (and about half the other factions) aren't going to be playable in The Old World, lol!

    oh, they're playable. Just not main factions.

    Which sucks, because Chaos Dwarves were not main factions to begin with.

    TOW is just a lesser version of 8th edition.

    They're playable... for now.

    Chaos Dwarfs will likely never be a main faction.
