Getting tired of winning are we? Admittedly, you have been the one that has taken greatest advantage of it. Something like 2 or 3 Chaos Dwarf stories and a Nightbringer one? (all of which you won if I remember correctly)

2, plus The Nightbringer.
All of them won, indeed ;)

I think we have all collectively won this contest by successfully resisting the dominion of Hashut. The great plan has prevailed!

If you think we come to the L-O short story competition for its massive turnout or glorious victories, you have misjudged your adversary, oh fiend of the Fire Bull. Though we are but few, our faith is mighty, and you shall not lead us astray with your wicked offers of power and fame.

But I already have. Not every time, but enough times! :p The greatest among you has already wielded that power to vanquish his opposition!

The problem is, I don't want constant use of the same thing. It is boring. I want to explore many different facets of Warhammer Fantasy/AoS. Note that of my three entries thus far, I started with the standard of Lustria. Then I went for a more mysterious aspect of the Realms, and this latest entry was about a part of the Realm of Ghyran that I am working on as a stomping ground for my local hobby group to call our own (while also being a chance to tease the skaven project that never will - I've spent long enough on my redcoat lizard conversions, adding a project trying to convert an entire skaven force into Victorian London working class yobs, complete with Peaky Blinder gutter/night/deathrunners? HAHAHAHA... no! Though Tommy Shelby as a skaven would be a sight to behold XD)

Heck, I'll give a one-time auto vote to a story based in Pannithor, just because I believe in rewarding the diversity. :p

;););)

Joking aside, there is nothing wrong with your approach. I can understand the artistic and creative merit of it. However, as the forum's Loki-esque figure, I merely offer an easier path to victory. It is ultimately up to each writer whether or not to embrace my offerings. Maybe no one does (as was the case this time), then again, maybe someone does... in which case those that didn't are bringing the story equivalent of a knife to a gun fight. May the odds be ever in your favour! :D

At the end of the day, it's all in good fun. Nothing more, nothing less.

by successfully resisting the dominion of Hashut.

The dominion of Hashut only grows. Stretching out to conquer new territories and mediums.
