I've always liked the Catachan Jungle fighters and I'd like to think that Lizardmen and them would be allies.
This is fantastic. Lizardmen meets 40K. Looks like it's Catachan Jungle Fighters which seems very appropriate for the Lizards cross-over.
Your description made me think of feathered velociraptors. My vote would be to make the bone crunchers like this, dinosaurs with feathered wings....
