Mace Windu is described as one of the best fighters in the Jedi Order, much better than Obi-Wan presumably. And Obi-Wan killed Grievous.

I also played SWTOR for a while. But I don't think it is really comparable to this game.
Jaime is cool. A crappy swordsman unfortunately. In the TV show that is. His fighting style is poor.
