Yeah it makes the scales really stand out and make the dinosaur look detailed.
If I played Space Marines I'd probably choose a chapter based on the look of their armor, and/or their doctrine/culture/attitude/whatever not...
....also if I ever play T'au I'll definitely use some Saurus or Skink heads for auxiliary troops because those might look awesome! :D
