8th Ed. 1500 tournament did today!

so, today was the tournament i waited long for, tuned my list for it
i came up with this one;

i ended up;
WINNING THE TOURNAMENT WHOEW WHOEW WHOEW :d
came in 2nd with painting
and 4th with sportmanship ^^

so short briefing over the game, and mostoly just the high light:

Game one: High elves
3x10 archers, 2 eagle, flying noble, levle 2 beast, 5 princes, 14 white lions and chariot
ending in : 16/4 advantage lizardmen
highlights:
slann (non ethereal +D) taking a charge from a noble and chariont, after 4 rounds of combat i ran the noble down, HAHAHAH!
scenario: dawn attack

Game two; wood elves
15 archers, 10 scouts, 16 drays, 2x5 glade guard, 16 wardancers, level 2 and noble
ending in : 19/1 for lizardmen!
highlights:
player with little experience, turn 2 , 2 stegadons against his archers with levle and general
scenario: meeting engagement

Game three; Ogre kingdoms
10 iron guts, level 2 fire belly, level 4 wizard, bsb bruiser, 2 mournfang, 3 solo cast, iron blaster
ending in : 16/4 for lizardmen!
highlights:
his iron blaster killing two stegadons with two cannon balls, slann death sniping bsb for 6 wounds with spirit leech and his general for wounds with caress of laneph and fate of bjuna
scenario: death and glory

Game 4: beeastmen
8 chariots, YES 8!, beefed up doombull, 4 minos, 2x10 ugors, bsb and lelve 2 death
ending in: 12/8 for beastmen =(
highlights:
stegadon fighting chariot from start 2 till end of game, slann doing 0 spells all game, 6 chameleons killing 4 chariots on 4 different stand and shoot =D
scenario: battle line

painting 15/15
sportman ship: 3/5

overall had a greatgame and bought myself a box of minotaurs with the price money :$

Congrats on the win, that sounds like a really good tournament for you! How come you came second in painting although you had a perfect score?

Congrats man, I apologize I really was worried about your list not having and CC blocks.

How do you think you would of handled a two 40 man units of orcs?
Just played tag and retreat all game and go for a draw?

i got 2nd on painting caus best 3 armys got max score, and the people vote for best painted price


probably steg charge them, and use the stubborn of the steg to hold them tight and thunderstomp them

first thin them out with sallies or some skink fire
the lists i use requier practise and the ability to negate your 'chance calculation' =)

I bet that Doombull gave you some trouble. Doesn't help that your Slann choked up for the whole game, but still.

that boombull was quite fine, he charged out of his mino unit to get my steg with his chariot, but he fell short, so he was out of his unit, while my slann was on the other side of the table, so it was fine
