Alright so had a game with this and managed to edge a slight win against a Skaven army. The game made something very apparant to me, I think I need even more flexibility and more hammers. Effectively I only have 3 fighting units and its just somewhat hampering to the way the army plays, I'm very much on the recieving end on my opponents actions. I'm thinking I need to go up to 5 fighting units which is a number I've had great success with in my Life lists. Following the discussion in Vapor's thread I've made some changes. Essentially I have too many points tied up in each unit if you include all the characters. Brought back the EotG and I'm giving the Skrox a try, Also exchanged the 40 man Saurus block for Temple Guard mainly because the width of the army will give the solo Slann dificulties reaching everything. Changed the OP with the new list. Won't have the same grinding power the other army had, so I decided to bring back the Sallies aswell.
Swapped the Scar-Vet for another unit of Terradons to bumb up the numbers of the Skrox abit. The role of the 2 units of Terradons is to Vanguard of and drop rocks on the opponents chalf and any threats to the Skinks, and then later in the game be available for speedbumping or redirecting for the blocks, which is a similiar role to what the Scar-Vet is there for anyway.
