Maybe switch 40 Skinks for 10 Knights
Maybe switch Razordons for an Astrolith

128 Models, even more wounds

That's a lot of wounds and shooting, I think that list might do rather well although on first glance it looks a bit like lacking synergies.

An Astrolith is very strong but I am not sure if he is worth enough to replace the four Razordons (8d6 attacks!) Might depend on the mission. If you have to spread out a lot then the Astrolith has a hard time buffing everyone.

Hmmm,

I would drop the Carny yes he is cool but seems out of place here.

I would add in Astrolith and more Razors

If you drop the Carno I would use the 240 points for an Astrolith Bearer and a Skink Starpriest (Starlight and Serpent Staff do wonders) I think.

Good call, I think the Astrolith and priest would have more impact on the game than the Carny.
