Here is a TL list I've been testing and wanted to get some advice on how to improve it. I had a chance to play it this week versus some Slaves to Darkness and it was a total blast to play. My strategy has been to usually split my forces up into two groups, The chief and two stegadons one side/// and knights and two stegadons other side. The skink wizards/priest pump the chief up with all their buffs and send him rocketing across the board turn one. His movement is +4 with cloak of feathers plus I usually spend a command point to run him 6" (run and charge from either priest's staff). He acts like a screen for the 2 stegadons sent in after him and usually takes out whatever he hits pretty easily. I'll try and keep a priest(heal) and starpriest wholly within twelve of him if possible to keep him buffed every turn. The other two stegadons get a screen from the unit of knights they usually are pretty slow by themselves so find them much more effective behind some knights. Give them a better shot at holding down one objective. Meanwhile the bastiladon always gets 1 command point for fire twice that can be directed at either side that needs some extra fire power. The second priest can chill out nearby in a realmshaper and cast guidance since we can use all the command points we can get. Anyways here's the list I brought, let me know what has been working in your games: Allegiance: Seraphon - Constellation: Thunder Lizard - Mortal Realm: Ghur - Grand Strategy: Beast Master - Triumphs: LEADERS Stegadon with Skink Chief (305)** - General - Command Trait: Prime Warbeast - Artefact: Cloak of Feathers - Weapon: Skystreak Bow Skink Starpriest (130)* - Artefact: Fusil of Conflaguration - Spell: Hand of Glory Skink Priest (80)* - Universal Prayer Scripture: Heal Skink Priest (80)* - Universal Prayer Scripture: Guidance UNITS 5 x Saurus Knights (110)* - Lances BEHEMOTHS Stegadon (265)** - Weapon: Skystreak Bow - Seraphon Battleline (Constellation: Thunder Lizard) Stegadon (265)** - Weapon: Skystreak Bow - Seraphon Battleline (Constellation: Thunder Lizard) Stegadon (265)** - Weapon: Skystreak Bow - Seraphon Battleline (Constellation: Thunder Lizard) Stegadon (265)** - Weapon: Skystreak Bow - Seraphon Battleline (Constellation: Thunder Lizard) Bastiladon with Solar Engine (235)** CORE BATTALIONS *Warlord **Battle Regiment ADDITIONAL ENHANCEMENTS Artefact TOTAL: 2000/2000 WOUNDS: 82 LEADERS: 4/6 BATTLELINES: 5 (3+) BEHEMOTHS: 6/4 ARTILLERY: 0/4 ARTEFACTS: 2/1 ENDLESS SPELLS & INVOCATIONS: 0/3 ALLIES: 0/400 REINFORCED UNITS: 0/4

You could add a little more damage with flaming weapon on his stomps if you swap out arcane tome for cloak of feathers, but probably not a fair trade. Have you figured out the average damage output once fully buffed?
Yeah I had considered doing that but the +4 movement and fly effect is crucial at getting into combat with the target you need dead. Also I found the damage hes putting out now is substantial enough that anything more is basically overkill. I can't tell you the exact number but Caleb Hastings youtube channel has a video he recently did on the skink chief that maths it all out.
The -1 damage of being coalesced plus the -1 to be hit from the cloak of feathers makes the stegadon with skink cheif hard to take down for a lot of things, in my experience.
