Already guys it's crunch time:

My long-term painting commission client split a riftforged orcs mega army with me. I'm building and painting his 40 orcs, orc leader on wingless manticore, and 3 cyclopes in a week before I go down to pick up more projects next weekend.

This thread will be testament to that. I could have put it in my main blog but considering the time factor I thought it would be nice to have a separate thread and then link it as needed.

It begins now:

Good luck with getting it all done in less than a week ;)

Though if your client wanted to use them in Kings of War, shouldn't you have used the supplied Mantic square bases rather than a load of Wargames Atlantic rounds?

He does not.

Kevin collects to use things as various factions in his rather sprawling DnD setting.

Nice. What is the color scheme you used for the Wolf?

The wingless manticore?

Successive drybrushes of reaper weathered stone and then Vallejo game color off white.

Snout, scorpion fang and back spines were picked out with skeleton horde contrast. Scorpion thing got some beil-tan green shade afterwards.

Snout then got highlighted with off white.

Tongue got picked out with volupus pink contrast.
