Sorry this is a few days late, but it took a while to get all the images sorted out. You have probably seen all the images of Babo and his loot from the painting awards, but you have not seen him in action yet!

I have a big post on the blog that chronicles the (very long) day's events...

Lots of odd things happened, with a ton of rules questions. Lots of horriffic rolls as well. The 3 straight '1's on 3 dice miscasts with Throne of Vines active to begin the day sort of set the tone :droid:

I realize that this is my first ever post in this section! Yea!

Ok I gotta ask

I was there and whats the deal with the piece of plexiglass on every table?

I mean I know you had to control it but was the in EVERY game in the tournament? And was it really ice in the middle of the jungle? I must be missing something

I have reposted your article on our club's gaming forums. Good stuff man!

That was the first of 4 scenarios. Alex, the tournamnet organizer for WFB, likes to make crazy scenarios. Some of them get really wild, like the one with the killer bunny in the center of the table, or -2 to shooting for the first turn, etc.

He does that to prevent specialized builds, but they can get out of whack sometimes. Also, he tires to vary them, so that you cannot plan for them. This means that you have to generate more and more scenarios, with less and less chances to playtest them all the way through :-)
