Dont have the book with me here at work, but i cant recall that he can.
Hes a specialcharacter and is fielded as he is in the book.

I might be wrong though.... :)

I know that Bryan has been banned, but if you are still wondering, no, Archaon can not take gifts. He is a special character, and such has no options on equipment.
