Armoured Clash and Dystopian Wars

Personally I'll be going for Crown and Enlightened to recreate the War of the Worlds, but this has been a highly anticipated and popular release.

 

Yep, Imperium get a big stompy robot (something they had a history of fielding in the earlier incarnation of Armoured Clash run by Spartan). In-game it'll be another Behemoth unit like the Crown's Sovereign Landship, which cost masses of points and have a lot of restrictions against them to stop people just filling their army out with them (the Sovereign, for instance, costing almost 500 points on its own and only being allowed in games of 2000 points +).

That's another thing I love about this game, Warcradle are really taking things seriously in keeping the game balanced and stopping players from spamming units.

 

True, but it is a keenly-enforced and unbreakable rule in the game that each unit can only be taken once per Battlegroup (i.e. formation of troops) except for Mainstay units (i.e. core units you'd see a lot of), and even those can only be taken twice, to fully enforce armies to take a good mix of different units... so I think the game will largely remain immune to spamming so long as it keeps these rules in place
