While Not Strictly seraphon related, there is a great humble bundle going on right now including dragonlock's fantasy building assets.

The bamboo by 3D printed craft also looks like it would be suitable for a lizard themed something or other.

As you can see in Krog's picture earlier in the thread as is fits nicely.

I personally scaled them in the width direction an extra 25% to make them fatter. It helps some of the details come out better for me on my Ender-3. I'd also recommend mirror-ing a couple in your slicer to get some easy variation.

Nice!! Thanks for the answer. I also have an ender 3. You printed with a .4 or a .2 nozzle?

Alas I only have .4mm nozzles.

I cant imagine the reduced nozzle size would help much with the salamander, especially if you thicken them. All of the details are fairly large, at least compared to something like my razordon proxy or skinks. Unless of your course, you were wanting to get as small as possible on the layer lines.
