7th Ed. Bane Head and Piranha Blade

If you have a hero that is equipped with a bane head and piranha blade that attacks the nominated character/monster, how many wounds are multiplied if so? If they inflict one wound does it multiply into 4? Any help would be very nice.

yep 2x2=4 it's in the newest GW Lizardmen FAQ.
