Thank you . I'm practicing OSL for my upcoming necrons. If you could give me some criticism and help i would appreciate it.
Great try!! The source being the eyes, right? The Hammer is done brilliantly al the high points are lighted brighter. For the face it should be exactly the opposite, the underside of the eyebrows and the top of the cheeks, close to the eyes, need to be the bright points. The top of the eyebrows and nose are to brightly colored, those are not lighted that much. And last: I think you took it a bit far down, it looks like the beard and emblem are not in direct 'sight' of the eyes and therefore don't need lighting. The top of the Hammer, though, could use some extra. Overall a very good try, the suttlety of the colors is spot on Good luck Grrr, Imrahil PS: to clarify, I have not yet tried something like this
Finished all the mounts for the ME Ogors. 6 Modells - 1000 Points Next Stop: a) the actual Ogors for the Army b) 5 DE cold ones c) start my new necron army (just ordered the start collecting box) Lockdown is back again so i may have enough time to finish a und b before c arrives.
What a great re-purposing of products! The measurements of the sewing bag match the Kvissle so closely, it's almost like it was meant to be. Ha ha ha. @Bartuk, was it tough to get off the cork?
One of the 4 sheets took me 5 seconds. The other 3 between 3 and 5 minutes each. No problem at all, just annoying. (You can leave the cork and put the drawer upside down. If you dont need the 2mm height.)
While i am still painting the ogors which seem to take foreever. My two years old son decided to start painting. Here he is, my new skink alpha. (Just need to rebase him.)
Well done! Lovely bunch of fat guys. I like the Stonehorns, great models and finely executed Grrr, Imrahil
Started building a 3 part portable gaming table. (Will be used for gardenhammer.) 2 Parts will be a 4x4 meeting Engagement table with a 15cm border for dice, cards und beer. If i put the third part in the middle it becomes a 6x4 + 15cm. The next step is basecoating the whole table and giving him multiple layers of brown with sanding between two layers.
