With the information we have so far I would say read the book. Trying to be a bit more helpful, look in the army list forum for armies of about the points you are looking at and the comments people have made.
You will get more response in the army list forum, especially if you start with your own attempt at a list and any additional models you have or can lay your hands on. People are happy to help you do stuff, they don't necessarily want to do it all for you.
