AoS Can Seraphon have cats?

Ok maybe it is because I am German so I don't understand jokes, or maybe it is because I am too old. I don't get it. How is that pic a meme and/or funny? Is it because the goofy face on the Slann?

If I end up converting Oxyotl, maybe I should put a cat on his head. Jaguar skinks are a cool idea, though how would you do all the fur?
 
No reason to do the fur, there is already a real life one! Leopard Gecko but close enough to a skink for me.

I've already started on something similar. Gives me a reason to finally paint up my final unit AND to enter a painting comp for our store anniversary here, I've been lacking motivation for them for months now haha. I feel like its either going to be really cool or a complete mess, lets hope for cool!
 
I'm working on my Bastiladon today, but might get them base coated tonight - will see how time allows!
 
Very slowly, it took me a good 30 minutes for that one model. Luckily my weekend is pretty clear :P

I have to take a lot of breaks though, my hands get all cramped up doing it one something that small.

Just to make picking a final paint scheme even harder for those wishing to pursue the leopard gecko skinks, here's a chart showing the different colour morphs, pattern types, and eye patterns that leopard geckos can have. This also isn't a complete chart, theres I think another 30 or so colour mutations as well as all the combinations of the existing morphs, but it gives a good idea of how different they can be, as well as some ideas for variation within the unit

I had such a picture for house cat color schemes once. That one is pretty big as well.

Maybe you should post it, so people who want to add cats know how to paint them. (Adding cats to the miniatures. Do not get a real cat just to paint it. Me, cats, and people who dislike animal abuse wouldn't like actual cats being painted.)
