Nope

It is in the FAQ

" does stomp or thunderstomp benefit from any other special rules, equipment or magic items or vice versa."

"no to both questions"


So thunderstomp does not benefit from the d3 special rule (ultimate predator) nor would they ever be flaming or changed by any other special rules.

No, it does not. I do not know a reference for that, but I am pretty sure that is the case.
