Contest Charge of the lizard brigade: a cavalry unit painting contest!

Haha, don’t worry I don’t think they will be finished, the paint station is my loft space boarded out just for my hobby

Yeah my own will power to paint full units is very low as well ;D

Nice, I’ve just taken over the dining room ;D

Cool contest! Glad you made the end in the first week of September because I might be able to do some work for this. I got a small unit of 5 samurai horsemen I have been meaning to paint! OR I could try to finish either my custom Questing Knights or Grail Knights that I have had lying around half painted for ages...

And work begins on the painting of my knights...see you in 12 hours

Yeah OK. I'm out then. Perhaps I'll take turn the next contest. :)

I think they should be allowed @Lord-Marcus after all there is no Monstrous Cav in AOS and @Aginor plays AOS

After all I don't think you will have very many entering due to holidays, saurus cav being a pain etc

Go on you know it's the right thing to do.

The Vanguard Palladors were just an example, I don't paint Palladors.
But yeah, no such thing as monstrous cavalry in AoS, so the 5+ limit feels a bit arbitrary.

I think I'll enter my 22 Empire knights that've been sitting on my work table forever. They're close to being done anyway and this'll be a good motivation to go ahead and get them done. I'll try to take a pic later. I have 5 Cold One Riders that I'm currently working on as well, but I imagine we'll have plenty of that here, so I'll try to change it up a bit.

Agreed, it’s not a competition if there’s only a handful of peeps involved :)

If it helps @Chicken Lips my knights aren’t your ‘normal breed’ :)

Had to pop out, but my base coats are done - highlights and detail next - then I best make the riders to go on said cold-ones :)
