I cannot decide.
I will wait and think a bit longer.

Literally every entry (beside my own, not judging that one) has something cool and unique:

@Itepixcauh has very sharp painting quality and that oldschool vibe. Kitbashed from several kits but nothing looks out of place.
@Deed525 has those amazing conversions. Those heads are so unique and cool. The Cold Ones look very different with those additions to their heads.
@Crowsfoot has a nailed the look of Tlazcotl's gaze. Making multi-colored models look good is hard and Knights are tedious to paint even without a complex paint scheme like that one.
@Warden made some great Samurai. Colorful, and every single one of them is unique. Those masks and freehand banners rule.
@Chicken Lips painted over 20 cavalry models! They also have freehand stuff on them, and also striped lances (those are a pain to paint) and that blue metallic paint scheme.

Amazing work and such a powerful showing of forum talent! My comments, really hard to decide on who to vote for (nice problem to have :D)

@Aginor you definately made the most unique set of the bunch, I don't think anyone have ever put cabayaras in a wargame before! And so beautifully painted, and cute :shamefullyembarrased:
I went with @Chicken Lips for my first vote because of the sheer scale of the project, the amazing paint scheme on such a classic warhammer fantasy unit, and the glorious lightning. :jawdrop:
@Crowsfoot your saurus warriors were another monumental effort, and the best execution of yellow and purple Lizardmen I have seen yet. And I love the yellow stripes on the shields. :woot:
@Deed525 got my second vote because he accomplished one of the projects that I have wanted to do for a long time but never was brave enough to attempt it, ever since I saw Jurassic Park the first time. Fantastic that you brought the unit alive by a great conversion! :cigar:
@Itepixcauh has another glorious unit painted up, and really has made the classic Lizardmen Dogs of War come alive! Stunning and beautiful, better than any of the old GW box art or anything in the army book. :pompus:

Well done everyone, thanks for the continued inspiration. :vulcan:

Long story short:
first vote to deed525; those mounts are really good, i would like to field them
second vote goes to Aginor; the idea is too much original and brilliant to ignore it.

Soooo....I guess this just....stopped? Looks to me like Aginor came in First and Itepixcauh got second? What now?
