Blog Chicken Lips Warhammer Armies

Most seem like they are grey, yellow, black and orange, and the odd greenish turtle

lots of splotchy yellow and black patterns, and a few that have concentric patters on each scale.

Well, I'm making more progress on my Arc of Sotek Bastiladon! I still have a long way to go on him, but I'm getting there!

I finished two Ogre's (BSB and Hunter) for my friend's army last night. I used spare bits from the Thundertusk kit and I bought a single sprue off eBay as well. I thought they turned out rather well. Let me know what you think!

Finished Archie's Ogre Hunter and we have made a 3 man unit of kit bashed Maneaters nothing special but great fun, will post pics tonight of his entire army.

The green one is a GW mat I ordered years ago. Not the greatest and creases really easily if it is folded. (And I don't really have the space to leave a 6x4 mat lying around. :confused:) The other brown one is from Frontline Gaming and is AWESOME! It cost me $95 (I think?) and is basically one really big mousepad. It is weighted (like a mousepad), it muffles the sound of dice being thrown down, and doesn't wrinkle when you slide a really heavy movement tray of pewter models over it! It comes in it's own carrying case (large tube case with shoulder strap) so that it can easily roll up and be put out of the way without ever creasing the mat. I absolutely LOVE it! Totally recommend them! There are quite a few different images too. (Snow, Dessert, Plains, etc.)
