Hello, i've played some games and i've got a question.

when you flank charge a unit that was not in CC yet, can that unit turn towards you on his next movement fase so ur not on it's flank anymore?
cuz that makes a loooot of difference

I don't think so, what it can do is when it wins a combat, the unit is allowed to make a turn manoeuvre so that it's facing the opponent.

This correct. The key point being that the unit that wants to must WIN. If it's a draw, or if the flanked unit loses and holds, they remain flanked.
