Cobra Staff?

Hey ya'll, Ive been looking at these forums for a while. Just bought two battalion boxes last week and played my first game on saturday. Im loving the lizardmen! So I played against my skaven friend and did decently, I pretty much got tabled. Only 1 skink survived. He must be blessed by the gods so I decided to promote him to a skink priest.

I want to convert him having a cloak of feathers, which will be easily done by using all the extra feathers from those saurus banners. But I also want to give him a cobra staff that I have seen on a few pictures here and there. Except I dont know where to get the bit. Can anybody tell me which kit has the "cobra staff"?

It's from the empire mage kit.
you get a different arm for each of the 8 lores.
