    the key is that you charge with skinks and krox and you waite while COC flank and thats easy becouse skinks are stuborn (more ranks).

    Take the Hanuchi's blessing (d6 added to a charge). That will make all the difference. you probably need to put some chameleons in there as well. This will be to harass any war machines. A bolt thrower will eat your cavalry if you do not.

    I played a 3k point game on Saturday where I took 9 cold one cavalry and 2 scarvets. I had that banner, chose not to use it, and failed to get into combat after overunning (they fled from the charge) a bolt thrower (would have been a rear charge too). Then another bolt thrower (and the lore of Death) killed my scar vet BSB. It was nasty. Moral of the story, use the banner! Had I used it, even on a 2, I would have rear charged a unit of swordmasters.

    well you charge 14" + 2D6 so on second turn you will charge war machines.
    and plus you cann boost them that war machines only hit them on 4+ nad those that use bs get -1 to hit. alot of people wont dispell this.
