Ok this may sound really dumb but im new to fantasy. When u have a group with full command are the command models counted on their own or are the upgrades models in the unit?

They are upgrades to a model, so you still have to purchase the 3 models. I think the wording in the book says as much.

And wht is the scaly skin save for a saurus?

Saurus' scaly skin functions exactly like Heavy Armor. So all saurus start with a 5+ Armor Save which can be improved in the normal ways (additional armor for TG, shields, mounts, ...).

Haha, I'm assuming you still don't have the 7th edition book, right?

Probably best to hold out until later this year when our new one comes out anyway.
