Converting flesh hounds into salamanders.

I'm looking to glue the heads of cold ones on too flesh hounds, and play them as salamenders. Has anyone tried something like this? And do you thinks it's possible?

It is possible i guess, but it would look shite. It would be the wrong shape compared to the rest of the hound and a completely different look from head to body wouldnt look good

id rather use flesh hounds "as is" instead i think.

It's doable with some greenstuff work, Ive seen a Carni / coldone / steg conversion that looked really good.
