Help Converting slann --> kroak

I couldn't really find much about this but has anyone given it ago with any success?

I have seen these before, I like this one (by @kroxh i believe) using a regular slann with the kroak death mask.



I researched "Lord Kroak" conversions, there aren't many but I did find this one too based off an old lizardmen army book picture:



I think @Rikard made a green stuff model very similiar to this; at least someone super talented on the forum has attempted it before.

The only other fantastic conversion I found was this classic from our very own @Bowser :

I think more because its taken from an image in their book that its harder to even contemplate selling it as anything other than a representation of their IP. I want it so badly too though .

I happened across this Lord Kroak recently, by @freizeitschamane:



Very simple conversion, in reality just making the base into a terrain piece. This is probably one of the simpliest ways to have a unique Kroak model.

Of course you could go all out with the base too:

I would love to see some good Mazdamundi conversions. The closest I have seen was done by Granamir over on deviant art:



He comes in palanquin and mounted versions:



As well as a SUPER mounted version (although it is a different slann, still could be a Mazdamundi-count-as:

Maaan that guy converted a Balewind Vortex, a Kroak model, and a set of Spirit Hosts to one awesome piece!

Wishful thinking. That would be a model not usable in AoS which is probably a no go for them.
...Would be great though...

They shpuld do that then release the krox as the aligators models in the game. Hell when i see how massove mundi is i wpuld be willing to pay stardrake prices for it
