they look good for tabletop quality

but i would paint the sand to.
now it looks really fake.yes i know its real sand, but using real rocks and such look fake to.

maybe you should give it a black undercoat and then work it out to some brownish sand.

its isnt real sand its dead leafs
i try to paint the rock and stuff

I like the conversion on Kroq-Gar. Not sure about the mage priest yet. The colour scheme is good but what are the things like cuts on his eyes.

You added a shield. Kroq-Gar doesn't normally have a shield so you actually did convert him.

The kroq'gar model comes with a shield, which is confusing because he has no option to take one.

Also, nice slann, but I think you should paint the horns on his chair a little more, they look weird stark white.

This is simply because you can use this model as an oldblood on a carnosaur also.
