8th Ed. Does Venom of the Firefly Frog disallow parry saves?

You can't use a parry save with a magic weapon. Does VotFF make the weapons become magical, or does it just make the attacks alone magical?

Just the attacks, your weapon is still mundane.
So yea you get your 6+ perry ward save.
Provided you are also using a regular shield.
and you are just using a hand weapon,
and not a spear, halbred, or greatweapon.
