Hey there is a war banner in the lizardmen codex for 25 points and a war banner in the main rule book for 35 can i have both ? Or is the codex one just a cheaper way?
It's the same banner. You would use the points listed in the army book rather than the rule book. That also applies to the other 'common' items like the dispel scroll.
Also, by the same rules of armybook trumps big red book, the Sword of Striking is MORE expensive for us which is too bad because that would otherwise be a weapon I'd be fond of giving Scar Veterans
