The moulding is great. Lots of great details all around and almost no mould lines, but it seems there wasn´t a lot of attention put on the way different pieces joined together. Nothing unfixable, of course. Some pinning and greenstuff will do the job, but it takes time, nothing else.
DISCLAIMER: Not mine, someone posted it on Facebook and I'm awaiting clarification that it is actually their's. EDIT: Didn't realize the poster was on Lustria-Online. This beauty is the work of @Fiona
She uses this amazing colour scheme for lots of the Lizardmen I don't know how to find the thread they mentioned her on they were saying why isn't she on this forum
Boom! That's the one (her blog profile piccy is the same as the one on FB), though sadly one person slatted her work on the FB group (well, more of a thoughtless comment), ok you don't have to be a fan, but credit where it's due. I always try to keep my profile piccies different from one another, that's why I have Nakai on here and a photo of me in a tiara on faceb... I may have said too much.
The painting quality is outstanding, her NMM is especially impressive... but it's a little too disco lizard for my tastes.
The following pics are OBVIOUSLY not mine (I'm not such a good painter ), but I wanted to share with you one of the most beautiful dread saurians I've found browsing online, once this site has come under my cursor! Unbelievable.
This this beast is gorgeous! It's been an inspiration of mine! I would have loved to do something more realistic with my dino but I had to match mine in with my army Maybe I'll buy a 2nd and do it realistic
I have to buy it. For now my only big model is Smaug. With that money i would have buy two Dreads......
