I still don't like the sculpt, but I do like how people are able to paint it so it still looks awesome. :)

About the horn, you can always contact forge world telling them that you never received the piece and they will send you a replacement

I live in the states so waiting a week or two for a horn I green stuffed is not a huge priority, I painted the horn actually 5 minutes ago, I'll put a new picture up in a moment.
 
He is definitely big enough! What were you thinking of doing with him?
 
Justtrying to green stuff some spikes and then put green stuff some of golden drawings onto him and then spray it
