8th Ed. Dwarf's Strength?

I dont understand how a dwarf is really tough and strong, but is only strength 3 and a weedy little goblin is strength 3 too!

I also have a dwarf army and i am hoping they change the dwarf warriors to strength 4 in the new codex.

i thought a lot of dwarves were S4. or at least T4.

4 out of 7 of the Special units are S4. 2 out of 8 core units are S4. All Lords and Heroes are S4 as well. They are all T4+ too.

Dwarf Warriors in particular are S3, but have the option of great weapons, so they can be S5. I would love to have the option of S5 core for my HE army. Even S4 core would be awesome. This is one of the many reasons I love Lizardmen: they have core units that don't utterly suck.
