    I think it looks good! Maybe if you want it to have a stronger lava feel you can dry brush some black or dark brown on the stones, so the red and yellow bits look more shiny.

    This is incredible! The jade looks realistic, the details are perfect! I really like the area around the eyes, and that base is awesome! Looks so savage holding that bone and skull. Just so cool!

    Thanks all, @tom ndege I'll think about it lol and I do have some wip pics they are earlier in my blog ri b there around the pic of my bandaged finders lol.

    Sometimes no matter what you try the best way to glue something is to hold it...my hand has cramped up in this pic (still holding...)

    Sometimes using less glue helps the bonds form faster I think and sometimes if you push the two bits together harder they seem to glue faster as well maybe the heat and friction who knows :p - this is what I've found

    My problem holding things when gluing them together is they always break when I loose my grip cause they stick much better to my fingers than to each other...

    I think that is because liquids fill their container like how in Jurassic park the guy shows the water droplet thing to the kids - glue can flow into/onto your finger because it has small holes etc ( urhm fingerprint lines etc) in any event if you manage to keep some of ur finger away it wont flow in - not 100% fool proof though

    Love this guy and my wife is happy i got offered 75 pounds for him when i was in London not selling this guy but i gave the guy my info if he might want to have me work on something for him later on,:singing: ah feels good to know others like my work enough to pay me for it :angelic:
